Although we buy real estate, we are investors and need to buy at a discount to market value. We target non-corporate owned properties where the seller needs a quick sale and the property is in need of major renovation. The uglier the better.
We are also on the lookout for sellers who are looking to offer financing. Perhaps they want to leverage a better return by offering to carry the financing themselves.
